The bouquet delivered was very disappointing to me. I should have called the florists directly, & maybe I would have gotten better service. It was simply an uninspired small spray of flowers barely arranged, put into a simple glass vase. Not your best arrangement, Christiansen’s. I wanted it to be special for her 70th birthday.
