As a repeat, customer, I usually am very satisfied with the flowers that are arranged and delivered in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Today, my sister in law was very happy to receive flowers for her birthday. She sent me a photo. I couldn’t believe the arrangement. I am completely underwhelmed. Ordering on-line, today, I chose the Florist’s discretion bouquet, selecting the highest dollar amount.
The bouquet delivered was very disappointing to me. I should have called the florists directly, & maybe I would have gotten better service. It was simply an uninspired small spray of flowers barely arranged, put into a simple glass vase. Not your best arrangement, Christiansen’s. I wanted it to be special for her 70th birthday. I’m disappointed.
