I was very pleased with the customer service. When they ran out of a couple of the flowers that were in the arrangement Christensen's phoned me and let me know they would be substituting. I appreciated that courtesy so we were not surprised by the change in arrangement. The flowers they used in place of were just beautiful and were delivered on time to the service.

As a repeat, customer, I usually am very satisfied with the flowers that are arranged and delivered in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Today, my sister in law was very happy to receive flowers for her birthday. She sent me a photo. I couldn’t believe the arrangement. I am completely underwhelmed. Ordering on-line, today, I chose the Florist’s discretion bouquet, selecting the highest dollar amount. The bouquet delivered was very disappointing to me. I should have called the florists directly, & maybe I would have gotten better service. It was simply an uninspired small spray of flowers barely arranged, put into a simple glass vase. Not your best arrangement, Christiansen’s. I wanted it to be special for her 70th birthday. I’m disappointed. Suzanne Johnsrud St George Utah

My sister loved her birthday bouquet! I ordered the “florist’s choice” created with fresh flowers of the day. They arrived as scheduled and brightened her day! (Although my sister was not home at the time, she received a phone call from the delivery person asking where they should be left.)
